1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GBEKO (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our Platform. GBEKO is a digital marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. We do not own, sell, or manage the products listed by independent shops.

2User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the Platform (such as creating a shop or placing an order), you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3Marketplace Rules & Conduct

Sellers on GBEKO are responsible for their own product descriptions, pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment. All users agree to:

  • Not list or sell any illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
  • Provide honest and truthful descriptions of products and services.
  • Honor sales commitments and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations.

4Payments & Fees

Sellers are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen subscription plan. Payment processing for shop subscriptions is handled through specified manual methods (EasyPaisa/WhatsApp) as described in the Dashboard. All sales transactions between buyers and sellers are governed by their respective agreements. GBEKO is not responsible for refund disputes or non-payment issues between users.

5Intellectual Property

The GBEKO brand, logo, platform software, and all original content are the property of the Platform operator. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. Sellers retain ownership of the product photos and descriptions they upload, but grant GBEKO a license to display them for marketing and operational purposes.

6Limitation of Liability

GBEKO provides the Platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or the products sold by independent shops.
